Here it is April already and I’m just realizing when my last blog was (Santa was in it)… OY. Guess my new years resolution has not yet come to fruition. I wanted to take some time to STOP and CELEBRATE. I’m just getting to it now, but a couple months ago, I had another girl! My fabulous better business half was there to capture it. Here are some of the goods. 
We named this sweet chubby cheeked lady Isla Gene (eye-la like the Scottish way not the spanish way) after my Father-in law who has recently taken his place watching over his children and grandchildren with the rest of the angels.
He was one of the most gentle and caring people I have ever known and I feel so amazingly blessed that he came into my life more than a decade ago. Both my daughters are so blessed to not only have such wonderful grandparents (Lula and Poppy still watching them every week and spoiling on occasion ;)), but they are also constantly being cuddled by my Grandma who just celebrated her 95th birthday!
If that is not enough to celebrate… three days ago, WE SIGNED OUR LAST BUSINESS LOAN PAYMENT!! Who has a lien against their house??? Not us! Let me STOP and CELEBRATE THAT! Really, who’s taking Sarah and I out for drinks? After almost 6 years of busting butts with my best friend and business partner, we have a successful, DEBT FREE business! p.s. That is not a ghost in the back of the photo- it’s our book keeper Mike :).
I love you Sarah (please don’t hate me for the photo) I couldn’t do any of this (business life or normal life) without you- Here’s to not killing each other in the first five years and to the next ??
